Christine, originally from just outside of Boston in Massachusetts, received her BA in Theatre with a double concentration in Performance and Direction from Muhlenberg College before moving to New York City. While in NYC, Christine worked as a Director/Choreographer for Tada! Youth Theatre and the Lucy Moses School at the Kaufman Center. She assisted Marc Tuminelli, founder of The Broadway Workshop (nominated Best Theatre Program in NYC) in orchestrating his business, professional workshops and shows. She was a resident member of the theatre faculty for the Rodeph Sholom School in Manhattan. Christine performed with the Gallery Players of Brooklyn and directed, choreographed and facilitated workshops at multiple theaters and schools including The Kew Forest School, The Manhattan School for Children and The Looking Glass Theatre where her directorial work was lauded by the New York Times as one of the company's production “highlights”. Christine moved to Florida in 2012 to work for the nationally acclaimed and award-winning StarStruck Academy & Theatre in Stuart where she served as a Director, Choreographer, Acting instructor (voted Best Drama Lessons in Martin County),  Musical Theatre, Hip-Hop and Creative Movement instructor.  Christine taught the Bridges Montessori School and Pine School Performing Arts enrichment programs. During her 3 years at StarStruck, Christine also served as the facility’s Academy Administrator, Events & Box Office Manager, and resident Stage Manager for their 2012-2013 season which received 8 nominations and 5 BroadwayWorld awards for the greater Orlando area.  In addition to favorite performance credits including CAN CAN (Pistache), and BYE BYE BIRDIE (Kim Macafee), Christine has directed, choreographed, stage-managed and performed in countless productions throughout New York City, Florida, Massachusetts, Maine, and Pennsylvania. Favorite directorial and choreography credits include; HELLO DOLLY!, WILLY WONKA Jr., TARTUFFE, ALADDIN Jr., ANNIE,  PROPERTY RITES, THE BEAR, BROADWAY COMPOSER SERIES, THE ODYSSEY, YOU'RE A GOOD MAN CHARLIE BROWN, INTO THE WOODS Jr., SCHOOL HOUSE ROCK LIVE! and GUYS AND DOLLS. She has students currently on National Tours, International Tours, in BAK Middle School, Dreyfoos High School, and attending top-tier conservatories and universities pursuing degrees in theatre. Christine believes in the power of utilizing the performing arts as a tool to help students of all ages “find their voice” and while doing so, to guide them to become creative, confident, tolerant and passionate members of our communities. Christine founded BARCLAY Performing Arts in January of 2016 and dedicates her company to the memory of her late and amazing Director Dad who always found a way to bring out the very best in each and every person whether on the stage or behind the scenes.  

Hannah was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas where she started to study music & vocal training at a young age. Throughout her childhood she participated in vocal competitions, concerts, recitals and numerous music theory examinations. In her high school years she was featured in various productions and choir talent shows, including her starring role as Belle in  BEAUTY AND THE BEAST. She also had the honor of singing the national anthem for various San Antonio professional sports teams such as the NBA’s Spurs and the AHL’s Rampage. From an early age Hannah has always lived by the credo, ‘I Don’t Sing Because I’m Happy; I’m Happy Because I Sing!’

In 2010, she moved to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to continue studying Vocal Performance at Carnegie Mellon University (CMU). While in Pittsburgh, she performed in productions like INTO THE WOODS  (Little Red Ridinghood/Cinderella), ALBERT HERRING (Emmie), and the Pittsburgh POPS with Maestro Marvin Hamlisch. In the summer of 2013 she was an assistant teacher for the Magik Theatre, a theatre arts summer camp, which sparked her love of teaching children.
In 2014, she received her Bachelors of Fine Arts from CMU and moved to South Florida to jumpstart her career in music. While in Florida she has performed in shows such as THE SOUND OF MUSIC (Maria) with Broadway Bound and GREASE (Sandy) with Chicken Coop Theatre. Hannah has also been featured in a number of our Semi-Professional productions here at BARCLAY Performing Arts. Some favorites include ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW (Janet), HAIR (Sheila) and JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR (Mary Magdalene).  This past summer Hannah had the opportunity to teach musical theatre at the renowned Camp Medolark in Washington, Maine. Hannah currently works on the weekends with Party Princess Productions performing as a princess for children’s birthday parties, events, and in partnership with the Salah Foundation Children’s Hospital at Broward Health.  Additionally, she teaches musical theatre through KinderTime for preschool aged children. During the week she works as a Company Manager and Vocal Coach/Teacher at BARCLAY Performing Arts. She is happy to bring her love of music to the BARCLAY Performing Arts studio and share it with children, to confidently nurture and inspire an open mind and a full heart. She cannot wait to help you FIND YOUR VOICE. SING YOUR SONG! 

​​​Jason was born and raised in Miami, FL. Jason graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelors degree in Theatre. He is trained in multiple aspects of theatre ranging from set construction all the way to acting and directing. Jason has found success in the South Florida theatre scene performing in shows and films as far north as West Palm and as far south as Miami. Some favorite performances include VENUS and THE LAST DAYS OF JUDAS IS CARIOT (Simon), along with JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR (Peter), ROCKY HORROR (Rocky) and HAIR (Woof) at BARCLAY Performing Arts. Jason has two independent films under his belt: THE EVENING SHIFT can be found on Youtube and THE DEATH PLEDGE is still awaiting release in 2018. Jason has been assisting Christine since the end of 2017. Jason was an assistant director for NOISES OFF and SPRING AWAKENING and a production assistant for SEUSSICAL KIDS, LEGALLY BLONDE and SPRING AWAKENING. Jason adds his knowledge, love, and passion for film and theatre with the entire BARCLAY family, and all the newcomers who decide to walk through the studio doors.

​​Tyler is ecstatic to join the BARCLAY family within the last year. Tyler grew up in West Boca and received a Bachelor’s degree in Theatre and Telecommunications (Media & Society Track) from the University of Florida. While at UF, Tyler performed in a variety of productions. Some favorites include MELANCHOLY PLAY (Frank), CHATROOM (Jack), and THE DIVINE: A PLAY FOR SARAH BERNHARDT(Leo). During his summers, Tyler interned for various facets within the Hollywood and Broadway industry. Some of his past internships include a PR internship with O&M co. (FUN HOME, KINKY BOOTS, BEAUTIFUL: THE CAROLE KING MUSICAL), a marketing internship with Sing Out Louise, prods. (ALLEGIANCE), a development internship with Allison Shearmur Prods. (CINDERELLA, STAR WARS: ROGUE ONE, HUNGER GAMES), and an internship working under the VP of On-Camera Commercials at New York based talent agency, Abrams Artist Agency. In the summer of 2014, Tyler performed in SPRING AWAKENING (Ernst) at Starstruck Academy & Theatre where he met BARCLAY Performing Arts' artistic director Christine Barclay. Following graduation from UF in December 2017, Tyler tagged along as Christine’s Assistant Director for SPRING AWAKENING, and was featured in JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR (Ensemble) & LEGALLY BLONDE JR. (Carlos). This past summer Tyler had the joy of Assistant Directing and performing in the BARCLAY teen series of THE DROWSY CHAPERONE (Aldolfo). Tyler also  launched an exciting week long MONOLOGUE/AUDITION BOOTCAMP at BARCLAY this past August, which he plans to do again. He currently assists Christine with the all of the studio’s marketing and outreach efforts, along with BARCLAY’s social media handles. You may also find Tyler assisting with rehearsals and giving some insight to the younger artists. In addition to Company Management and Outreach, Tyler is producing an original play he wrote based off his experience visiting Poland on The March of the Living trip. He is producing TAP DANCING THROUGH AUSCHWITZ in affiliation with BARCLAY Performing Arts and is so grateful for their continuous love and support. Tyler would not want to be anywhere else this past year. He is so excited to help the students here at BARCLAY grow, and to help them find their voice and sing their song. Most importantly, he is beyond grateful to have found a home like BARCLAY Performing Arts. #teamBARCLAY



Chris Evans is a New Yorker who went to the University of North Carolina at Wilmington where he received a BA in Scenic Design. He has spent over 20 years working in television, film and theatre. His work includes Dawson’s Creek, Elmo in Grouchland and promos for HBO, as well as running his own theatre company, and designing and building sets for more than 100 plays including Singin’ in the Rain, One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest, Little Shop of Horrors, 9 to 5, Grease, Shrek, Legally Blonde, The Drowsy Chaperon and Aladdin Jr. He now works as the full time Scene Shop Manager at Florida Atlantic University.

Om Jumarali is a Guyanese-American alumni of Florida Atlantic University with his BFA in Theatre. At FAU, he was in numerous shows such as RIVALS and THE GOVERNMENT INSPECTOR. He also has a concentration in Fitmaurice Voice Techniques, and is currently working on his Children’s Yoga certification . He also specializes in adult Acting, Voice and adult/teen Counseling . Although he has extensive training in the educational side of Theatre, he maintains that he is a performer and artists first and foremost.​

Martyna Reczka has been teaching piano at BARCLAY Performing Arts since September of 2017. You may have seen her performance in Jesus Christ Superstar at Barclay Performing Arts in April 2018. She's always had a love for piano and started to take lessons at the age of seven and has performed in many recitals and concerts. She attended G-Star High School of the Performing Arts in West Palm Beach and is currently getting her Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts with a concentration in Musical Theatre at Florida Atlantic University. Being a well rounded artist, Martyna makes sure her teaching methods are not only engaging and knowledge filled, but also fun for the kids!
